एकादशी जन्म (उत्पन्ना)

( मार्गशीर्ष मास के कृष्णपक्ष की एकादशी)

श्री सूत जी अट्ठासी हजार ऋषियों से कहने लगे कि विधि सहित इस एकादशी व्रत का महात्म्य तथा जन्म कि कथा भगवान कृष्ण ने युधिषठिर को सुनाई थी।सतयुग में एक महाभयंकर सुर नाम का राक्षस प्रकट हुआ,उसने अपनी शक्ति से देवताओं को प्रास्त किया और उन्हें अमरावती पूरी से नीचे गिरा दिया।वे बेचारे मृत्यु लोक की गुफाओं में निवास करने लगे ।

तथा कैलाशपति की शरण में जाकर उस दैत्य के अत्याचारों का तथा अपने महान दुख का वर्णन किया शंकर जी कहने लगे आप भगवान विष्णु की शरण में जाइए।आज्ञा पाकर सब देवता क्षीर सागर में गए जहां शेष नाग की शेया पर भगवान श्यन कर रहे थे वेद मंत्रो द्वारा स्तुति कर के भगवान को प्रसन्न  किया।तब प्रार्थना कर के इंद्र कहने लगे एक जंग नाम का दैत्य

भ्रमवश से चंद्रवती नगरी में उत्पन हुआ,उसके पुत्र का नाम मूर है ।उस मूर  दैत्य ने हमें स्वर्ग से निकाल दिया है।आप ही सूर्य बनकर जल का आकर्षण करता है।आप ही मेघ बनकर जल बरसता है भूलोक के बड़े बड़े कर्मचारी देवता सब शरणार्थी बन चुके है।अतः उस बलशाली दैत्यको मारकर हमारा दुख दूर कीजिए।

भगवान बोले हे देवताओं ।में तुम्हारे शत्रु का शीघ्र संहार करुगा।आप निश्चिंत होकर चंद्रवती नगरी पर चढ़ाई करो,में तुम्हारी सहायता करने को पीछे से आउगा।आज्ञा मानकर देवता लोग वहां आए।जहां युद्ध भूमि में मूर दैत्य गरज रहा था। युद्ध प्रारंभ हुआ परंतु मोर के सामने देवता घड़ी वरना ठहर सके। भगवान विष्णु भी पहुंचे सुदर्शन चक्र को आज्ञा दी

शत्रुओं का संहार करो चक्र ने चारों ओर शत्रु का विनाश किया। एक मोड़ देते का सिर ना काट सका। और ना ही गदा उसकी गर्दन तोड़ सके। तब भगवान ने सारंग धनुष हाथ में लिया बानू द्वारा युद्ध प्रारंभ हुआ परंतु शत्रु को ना मार सके। अंत में कुश्ती करने लगे हजारों वर्ष व्यतीत हो गए परंतु प्रभु का दाव बंद एक ना सफल हुआ। मूर दैत्य पर्वत के समान कठोर था प्रभु का शरीर कमल के समान कोमल था वह थक गई मन में विश्राम की इच्छा उत्पन्न हुई शत्रु को पीठ दिखा कर भाग चलें उनकी विश्राम भूमि बद्रिकाश्रम थी। वहां एक गुफा 12 योजन की थी हेमवती उसका नाम था उसमें जाकर सो गई मूर दैत्य अभी पीछे-पीछे चला आया। सोते हुए शत्रु को मारने के लिए तैयार हो गया उस समय एक सुंदर कन्या प्रभु के शरीर से उत्पन्न हुई जिसके हाथ में दिव्यास्त्र थे उसने मूर के अस्त्र शस्त्रों को टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर दिया रथ भी तोड़ दिया। फिर भी उस शूरवीर ने पीठ ना दिखाई। कुश्ती करने को कन्या के समीप आया। कन्या ने धक्का मारकर गिरा दिया और कहां यो यो मल युद्ध का फल है जब उठा तो उसका सिर काट कर कहा कि यह हठयोग का फल है। सब मुर की सेना पाताल को भाग गई। भगवान निद्रा से जागे तो कन्या बोली, यह दैत्य आप को मारने की इच्छा से यहां आया था। मैंने आपके शरीर से उत्पन्न होकर इस का वध किया। भगवान बोले, तुमने सभी देवताओं की रक्षा की है, मैं तुम पर प्रसन्न हूं, वरदान देने को तैयार हूं जो कुछ मन में इच्छा हो वह मांग लो कन्या बोली जो मनुष्य व्रत करें उनके घर में दूध पुत्र धन का निवास रहे और वह अंत में आप के लोक को प्राप्त करें। भगवान बोले तू एकादशी तिथि को उत्पन्न हुई है इस कारण तेरा नाम एकादशी प्रसिद्ध होगा। जो श्रद्धा भक्ति से तेरा व्रत करेंगे उनको सब तीर्थों के स्नान का फल मिलेगा अर्थात उनका मन शुद्ध हो जाएगा अंत में परमधाम को प्राप्त होंगे घोर पापों से उधार करने वाला तेरा व्रत होगा ऐसा कहकर भगवान अंतर्ध्यान हो गए। मुर नामक राक्षस का वध करने के उपरांत भगवान विष्णु जी का 1 नाम मुरारी भी पढ़ा। पतित पावनी विश्व तारिणी का जन्म मार्गशीर्ष मास के कृष्ण पक्ष में हुआ इस कारण इनका नाम उत्पन्ना प्रसिद्ध है। इस कथा का वर्णन भविष्य उत्तर पुराण में मिलता है

फलाहार_इसमें गुड़ और बादाम का सागार होता है। गुड्डू के आटे की सामग्री दूध मेवा और फल भी ले सकते हैं

Ekadashi Birth (Utpna)

After receiving the orders, all the gods went to the Kshira Sea where the rest were shouting on the Sheya of the Naga Vedas."  Praised God by chanting mantras. Then after praying Indra started saying a monster named Jung

 Confusion was born in the city of Chandravati, the name of his son is Moore. That Moore monster has cast us out of heaven. You are the sun and attracts water.  Have become a refugee. So kill our powerful monster and take away our grief.

 God said, O Gods, I will kill your enemy soon. You will climb into the city of Chandravati with confidence, and I will come from behind to help you. The people came there, obeying the command, where the moor monster was roaring in the battle ground.  The war started but the god could stay in front of the peacock.  Lord Vishnu also reached Sudarshan Chakra

 Destroy the enemies Chakra destroyed the enemy all around.  He could not cut his head while giving a twist.  Neither mace could break his neck.  Then God took the Saranga bow in his hand and started the battle with Banu but could not kill the enemy.  In the end, thousands of years started to wrestle, but Prabhu's claim was not successful.  Moore was as hard as a monster mountain. The body of the Lord was as soft as a lotus. It was a tired mind. A desire for relaxation arose, showing the enemy back and running away. His resting ground was Badrikashrama.  There was a cave of 12 plan, Hemvati was her name, she went and slept in it.  Ready to kill the sleeping enemy, at that time a beautiful girl was born from the body of the lord who had divas in his hand, he broke the chariot in pieces, destroying the weapons of Moore.  Still that knight did not show his back.  Came close to the girl to wrestle.  The girl pushed and dropped and when yo yo mal is the fruit of war, when she got up, she cut off her head and said that it is the fruit of hatha yoga.  Sub Mur's army fled to Hades.  When the god awakened from sleep, the girl said, this monster came here with the desire to kill you.  I originated from your body and killed it.  God said, you have protected all the Gods, I am happy on you, I am ready to give a boon whatever you desire in your heart, ask for a girl who says that the man who fasts should have milk son money in his house and he will finally  Get your folk.  Lord said, you have been born on Ekadashi date, hence your name Ekadashi will be famous.  Those who observe your fast with devotion will get the fruits of bathing in all the pilgrimages, that is, their mind will be purified, in the end, they will receive the supreme abode, who will be your fasting borrower from gross sins.  After killing the demon named Mura, he also read 1 name of Lord Vishnu, Murari.  The name of the descendant Pavni Vishwa Tarini was born in the Krishna Paksha of Margashirsha month, hence his name Utpanna.  This story is described in the future Uttar Purana
